Designed and fabricated a working scale model of a hydraulic jack demonstrating Pascal's law principles. Built using workshop machining and fitting techniques.

Constructed a portable hand-operated drilling unit from raw materials using lathe, welding, and assembly skills. Capable of drilling up to 10mm holes.

Engineered a miniature belt conveyor system with a motor drive, tensioning system, and adjustable speed — demonstrating material handling concepts.

Turned a stepped shaft with multiple diameters to ±0.05mm tolerance using a centre lathe. Practice of facing, turning, and parting operations.

Created a complete set of 2D engineering drawings for common machine parts including gear, bearing housing, and bracket using AutoCAD.

Fabricated a small load-bearing steel frame using arc welding. Included proper joint preparation, weld quality inspection, and load testing.
